Introduction and Your Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Old Fashioned Magic, presented by Cocktails and Card Tricks LLC.. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets and attending the Old Fashioned Magic, you (“you” or “guest”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Ticket Purchase & Currency

All ticket prices for the Old Fashioned Magic are in U.S. dollars. The ticket price listed represents the admission cost, and additional service fees may apply per ticket or order as clearly displayed during the purchase process.

Ticket Limits & Access

To ensure fairness, we may impose ticket limits per transaction. These limits, also known as “ticket limits,” vary by ticket type and may change. Orders exceeding these limits, including those with the same name, email, or billing information, may be canceled. Access to tickets and the website is denied to violators of these limits.

Canceled Performances & Changes

In case of a canceled or rescheduled Old Fashioned Magic performance, we’ll make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders. Details on refunds and exchanges for canceled performances will be provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets can’t be exchanged. It’s your responsibility to ensure correct date, time, and location when purchasing.

Order Confirmation

After purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation via a confirmation page and email. Contact customer service if you encounter issues. We’re not responsible for losses due to a failure to receive confirmation.

Use of Ticket(s)

Your ticket grants a revocable license, and admission may be refused with a refund if deemed necessary by venue management. Disorderly conduct, vulgar language, or non-compliance with terms results in ejection.

Do not transmit descriptions, pictures, or reproductions of the Old Fashioned Magic. Violation terminates your license.

Latecomers

Latecomers are seated at venue management’s discretion. Premier seating ticket holders may be placed in the main seating area without reimbursement or refund, based on availability and management’s discretion.

Release of Liability

By attending, you release Ryan Plunkett, Cocktails & Card Tricks LLC. and The Alexander, Davidson Hospitality Group, the host venue, and affiliated parties from liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event. You also agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims arising from your actions or conduct during the event.

Photo Release

Your admission to the Old Fashioned Magic allows us and the host venue to photograph, film, or record you. Your name, voice, and likeness may be used worldwide, without compensation, in programs, promotions, or advertisements related to the event. Images and recordings of attendees may be used for promotional, advertising, or archival purposes without further notice or compensation.
